Our base pricing starts at $45 per hour of tech labor. All parts for upgrade builds are paid for upfront alongside the $45 initial charge.

SERVICE PROCEDURE OVERVIEW
$45 Diagnostic Fee - We charge a non-refundable diagnostic fee for any replica that enters our doors. This is paid upfront with all parts costs. Stippling services have an initial fee of $35, which covers the first hour of labor.
A quote for further services is provided to the customer for approval.

Initial payment for services is rendered so work can begin.
$45/ hour of tech labor - Not including parts, external services rendered, or tax.
NOTE: Common systems and issues typically take 1-3 hours to solve. More unique or uncommon systems or issues take longer and are quoted as such.
STEP 4 - SERVICES
SherpAS proceeds to deliver on requested services!
We Got You Covered - If reps make a mistake, you are entitled to a replacement or refunded part/item.
Fast Parts Delivery - We order your parts as soon as you approve the purchase! They typically arrive within 1-2 weeks days if they ship from one of our main suppliers.
Get Back On The Field Faster - Our seasoned techs typically return orders within the next business days if no parts have to be ordered.
No Hidden Charges Here! - We will connect with you on your preferred means of communication before proceeding with any extra parts or recommend labor not agreed upon in the initial quote.
90-Day Warranty - Not what you expected? Your tech order carries a 90-day warranty that fully covers any defects created by us.

When full, agreed upon payment is received, a return shipment/dropoff can be arranged within 1-4 business days.
